Amanda D. Ali, PhD
Rural Online Initiative
Amanda D. Ali is the new program evaluator for the Rural Online Initiative. She recently graduated from the University of Florida with a doctoral degree in Agricultural Education and Communication, specializing in Extension Education. She has experience working on grant projects conducting data analysis, developing surveys, and publishing research findings in academic journals. Amanda is originally from Trinidad and Tobago. There, she completed a master’s degree in agricultural economics, and a bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. Amanda currently lives in Logan, Utah where she enjoys learning to mountain bike with her husband, Lendel.
